Structural peculiarities:
- Specific conical structure
- Vertical pocket projection is trapezium-shaped, while the vertical pocket projection is conical. Conical structure of filtering pocket affects airflow distribution inside the pocket and prevents pockets from sticking together during operation
- Filtering pockets are sewn using specific threads; holes formed after puncturing with needle are sealed with using hot adhesives
Frame of filter
Standard profile of frame is 25 mm width. The frames of filters are from plastic or galvanize steel.
Filter material
Filter material is used in all pocket filters from Class G3 to Class F9. Lower class filters (from G3 to F5/F6) have teaselled non-woven polyester materials with 8-20 µm fibre for coarse dust filter media. Such materials are coupled thermally and mechanically and charged electrostatically.
Higher class filter materials are applied fusion and blow technologies. This allows producing even thinner microfibres (1-10 µm) and thereby enlarge inner surface of filter medium.
