Pneumatisk Conveying
Vacuum conveying is preferred if the system holds a moderate pipe length - thus providing a minor pressure drop (i.e. below 0.5 bar), one or more intake points, and only one discharge point.

Vacuum conveying is an efficient conveying method, automatically ensuring a dust-free product intake and at the same time making it possible to utilize the transport air for aspiration around the intake points.
The piping is available in different standards - mild steel or stainless steel - assembled with easy-to-detach sleeves, - and every metre of the piping has been calculated and optimized by our advanced EDP program. Simatek is supplying vacuum conveying systems for products as different as grain, peas, linseed husk, rice husk, ash, sodium bicarbonate, coal dust, ingredients, and colouring pigments.
Vacuum conveying systems with capacities of 500 to 100,000 kg/h.
Smaller capacity requirements have successfully been arranged as ventilation conveying.
